Resolution :
Steps
to be followed for resolving Clip organizer issue.
Register OLE32.DLL
(START >>> RUN >>> REGSVR32 “C:\WINDOWS\system32\ole32.dll”).
Rename the
following folder (C:\Documents and Settings\USER\Application Data\Microsoft\Clip
Organizer).
Ensure (C:\Program
Files\Microsoft Office\Office12\MSTORE.EXE) has full permission under firewall.
Try installing MDAC

1. Right-click Start, and then click Explore.
2. On the Tools menu, click Folder Options.
3. Click the View tab, and then click Show hidden
files and folders.
4. Open the C:\Windows\INF folder, and then
right-click MDAC.INF or MDACINST.INF, whichever file is present, and then click
Install.
5. If you are prompted for your Microsoft Windows CD,
insert the Windows CD, and then locate the i386 folder on the CD. If you are
not prompted for your Windows CD, click Browse, and then locate the i386 folder
on your hard disk or network location that contains the setup files for the
operating system. Click Open.
6. Click OK.
